It is mega group housing project consisting of app. 1100 residential flats along with club, swimming pool, 3 tier basement parking and a central land escaped park of app 3.50 acre area. The total Project Cost was Rs. 300 cr (App). The project has been completed successfully.
Jaipuria Sunrise Plaza, Indirapuram
It is a Commercial Shopping Complex consisting of app. 800 commercial shops and 3 screen multiplex spread on 4,00,000 Sq. Ft. area. Total Cost of the project was Rs. 100 Cr. The project has been completed successfully.
Jaipuria Sunrise Greens, NH-24, Ghaziabad
The project is to develop Eco friendly residential township in 150 Acres having shopping malls, school, Residential plots & houses, club & community centers and all other facilities. The total cost of the project is Rs. 250 Cr. Currently the project is under construction.
Park View Horizon, Kathmandu Nepal.
M/s Aditya Durobuild in the guidance of Mr. Rajeev Bansal provided complete management consultancy solution from concept to design to execution, sales and marketing of this First high rise - 22 stories, residential apartment complex having 220 luxurious fully air conditioned 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with modern amenities like clubhouse with swimming pool, three basement parking, at Dhapasi, Kathmandu Nepal. The project has been completed and delivered successfully.

Aditya Durobuild Pvt. Ltd., in the year 2010 also entered into collaboration with the land owner M/s SMV Agencies Pvt. Ltd. Delhi to construct and develop their commercial project “SUNRISE PLAZA” at Zirakpur, Chandigarh having 150 retail shops in a high street format. This project has been successfully completed and delivered, in the year 2015, and approx. 150 retail shops, food joints and restaurants have been running there.

High Street Shopping Mall with Hyper market, Food Court, entertainment zone, and retail shops situated at Govindpuram, Ghaziabad.
Aditya Durobuild expanded its horizon in National Capital Region (NCR) with another landmark by launching “SIGNATURE STREET” in the year 2015, having built up area of Approx. 80,000 sq. ft. in three floors on a commercial plot of 4200 Sq. Mtrs.
Signature Street, Ghaziabad was started in the year 2015 and the project was completed in all respects by end 2017, The completion certificate , from GDA , was received in Jan 2018. The project houses reputed retail and food chain brand like Reliance Smart, Dominos Pizza and Bikanerwala running successfully since Jan’18.

High Street Shopping Mall with 4 Screen Multiplex, 100 Room Hotel , Hyper market, Food Court, entertainment zone ,and retail shops situated at SIDCUL main road Haridwar.
Aditya Durobuild has already acquired this commercial plot for building the shopping complex Signature Street, at SIDCUL, Haridwar. The building plans have been submitted to the authority for approvals. Site Office and other site infrastructure have been developed and the construction work has started.
